Den of Geek released their Top 10 list of Buffy episodes of all time
I'm not sure I've thought about it hard enough to come up with my own list but it'd be hard to diasagree with the top 3:
1. Hush
2. The Body
3. The Gift
Though I'd probably put Hush at three.
